<p>for the time being I have installed kipi-plugins, but still the
message no kipi plugins installed (and nothing in the list from
the plugin window)</p>
<p>anything to do to complete the installation ?<br>

"kipi-plugins" and<br>
install them. If you run Windows, I don't know.<br>
