<p>in latest digikam version in ubuntu (eg. 16.04) I missed the option to untick</p>

<p>"scan for new images at startup"</p>

<p>in miscelaneous section. To speed up start of digikam I like to disable that scan. Is there a way to set this in digikamrc or another config file?</p>
