I use 4.13.0. This happens if digikam is shut down by the session manager, and reopened when starting a new KDE/plasma session. And as said, it is not a new problem.<br>

When quitting digikam in full screen mode, it starts up without menu, toolbar<br>
and statusbar. The only way of getting them back is to remove the state<br>
information in the digikamrc file. Don't do that. Please.<br>
