Hi All,

I have been using Digikam for windows for some time. Since a
few months (~since 4.8) the 'alt' menu has disappeared (the one with
Album, tag, tools, Help etc).
I have already tried reinstalling Digikam, and updated to several
new versions. But somehow it looks like there a certain
configuration file is not replaced with this progress. Does somebody
has a suggestion how I can get the menu back?

Thank you.
