<p dir="ltr">Hi, I can understand this problem. Both with unintentionally rating and opening.<br>
Personally I like the idea of combination of mouse click and key (e.g. ALT or meta) for changing content. (change e.g. rating) then the simple click would not change the rating.<br>
Not Sure if that way is possible. <br>
