It looks like wherever you have ticked a child category, you also
chose to tick the parent category. There are cases where you do not
necessarily want to do this. For instance you could tick box 5.3 but
not box 5. In this case, the metadata would read:<br>
<Category assigned="0">5 level<Category Assigned="1">5.3
Level</Category></Category><br>
That is one of the small complications facing those who would like
to write a conversion script. Like you say, I wish I could do it.
Conceptually, it is not too difficult. Practically, that's another
matter...<br>
