          I'm afraid you won't find a lot of people still using those
          old versions. 4.0 is on its way, on beta release if I remember

              HTML" to DK 3.1.0? What is the meaning of that blog post
              that says "Fixed in last libkipi (published with next KDE
              4.10.x release)" ?<br>
