    Using <span style=" font-weight:600;">Version 3.1.0 </span>Using

    KDE Development Platform 4.10.2 on Windows 7<br>

    The first few times it started processing and  it went to about 30%

    when it crashed. I did not collected the crash report.. It did the

    same probably a couple more times. Now, when I start the update

    fingerprints it crashes immediately and exits with no crash report

    or anything, it just goes back to Windows Desktop. <br>

    <br>

    Any idea how to solve it? <br>
