Hum... I begin to understand why I encountered such weird results when trying to reorganize my tags tree. Though I didn't investigate, I found the same tags in different places or the tree, depending on different parent.<br>

When moving a tag with sub-tags to below another tag, so the original<br>
tag is now part of a different tag tree, the tag-with-sub-tags still<br>
is in the original location, too, in the xmp sidecar file, but it's<br>
also in the new location. So it's now in the xmp sidecar file in two<br>
locations.<br>
