to 2.3 (I was last using 2.2), installed it clean, and it's working

fine.  <br>

There is something definitely wrong with Windows 2.5.  If it's my

machine, it's representative of many: XP SP 3, Athlon processor, yada

yada.  Solid with everything else, including older digiKam.<br>
