particular, for the default "look" of digiKam.  I find it bright and

fresh and easy to see things.  So many programs these days seem to be

more concerned with looking "cool" than functional.  Not to name any

names, but like Photoshop Elements, and I presume their other

offerings.  Gray lettering on a black background.  Someone should get a

refund on their art and design education.<br>
