open console (terminal window) somewhere in the menu. type
¨kdebugdialog>enter¨ scrol down to digikam, check it, click
¨Apply¨ and ¨ok¨<br>
Now type ¨digikam->enter¨.<br>
Digikam starts, perform a convert action, open your console and look
whatś there.<br>
Done!<br>
