Batch convert use ImageMagick in background

Converting DNG to JPEG, IM will interpret DNG as TIFF file, no more, because it use libtiff... DNG is a TIFF/EP file format, using a reduced version of image (thumbnail) in first image TIFF data set. The real image is in second one...
BATCH->CONVERT does make a group of DNG files into JPGs, but it also rescales
them down hugely. the originals are 3920x2638 (10.34Mpx)
but the resulting jpgs are 320x240 (0.8MPx). i don't see how
to set a no-resize option, or at least a higher res.
