Very long time to add a face to a photo

Good morning, 

I use DIGIKAM 3.0 as recommended by you because in 8.2 you couldn't add a
name to a face.

In 8.3 you can put the name but it takes more than 30 seconds to add a name
to a face. 

This is penalizing .

Is there anything to do?
