Thank you for your advice. I have, however, a couple of issues:
1. I don't know how to go to my Windows System Information panel and add a new user variable. Could you, explain, please?
2. Upon downloading DebugView there are three applications: Dbgview, dbgview64, and Dbgview64a. Which one do I run? Does it matter?

Just as a background reference: I am not very knowledgeable with computing, but I would like to be able to use Digikam because I had been using it in the past and I like it. Unfortunately, something must have been changed in an update, because I cannot run it any longer.
