open with

OK, I did miss the sentence "If the corresponding programs are found 
under Windows, they will be displayed in the "Open With..." menu." Maybe 
this explains my situation. I have DK 8.3.0 and I have Gimp. Both are 
installed in my system (not just copied). I guess for some reason DK did 
not detect my Gimp when it upgraded from 8.2.0 to 8.3.0.
