[digiKam-users] Find people tags that aren't face regions

Is there a way to find people tags that have been applied to a photo, but
not as a face region? For example a photo might have Alice and Bob's faces
tagged, but it might also have the People/Carol tag applied, but no
associated face region for Carol. Can I find such photos?
