[digiKam-users] Create panorama wants make.exe on windows

I tried the 2nd link and after the windows account control screen I saw a
flash of what was probably a file manager tab and that was all. When I do a
search of my hard drive for make.exe nothing is found.

Also; Digikam sends you off to this link (
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/make.htm) via the tools::create
pano setup for download make.exe .

The rest of the necessary files were found easily with Hugin downloaded.
