Digikam 5.2 Windows - Export to Jalbum

Hi Andrew,

Bundle start to be updated with current implementation from git/master.
This include your port of JAlbum tool.

- AppImage 32/64 bits
- MacOS package
- Windows 32 bits.

Windows 64 bits is under build with MXE. It take 2 hours from scratch. so
it will be online this evening here :

Some remarks about your tool :

- you use open to handle file on disk. Use QFile instead, it's more
portable and safe.
- you use more than one dialog to progress in tool. Use KPWizzardDilaog
based on QWizard instead. Look in common/libkipiplugins/dialogs
