[Digikam-users] Question to users of my Digikam 5 PPA for Ubuntu

The identified problem is this one :

Typically, KDE API do not backport old settings from application installed
in older place to new one.

We need to do it manually in application (not yet coded)

In fact nothing is lost as the report title said. The previous settings is
just ignored and all settings is created from scratch..

Just copying the list of settings files as well fix simply the problem.
