That bug includes a reference to a commit/patch,
http://commits.kde.org/libkexiv2/25ad41274d0f4084554794ee91e183accfce781f

that fixes the problem.  You can ask your distribution to include that in 
their libkexiv2 packaging, or wait for libkexiv2-4.14.2 to be released.
