[Digikam-users] digiKam Software Collection 4.0.0 beta 2 is out...

Debug symbols is a compilation time option. In other words, digiKam
need to be compiled with debug symbol.

If you compile and install digiKam yourself, it's an option to pass to
cmake configuration :

"-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=debugfull",

...as it's explained here :
