I have it set to "full", it still doesn't show the image's Rating, nor
the Caption or the Tags. It doesn't show the 'real' names of the
fields either.

Or maybe I'm getting confused by Digikam not writing the Rating,
Caption and Tags to the metadata. I have set to write metadata in
Metadata/Behaviour in the Configure area but I can't see the Tags,
Caption or Rating in the metadata (using Digikam or my utilities).

Further, what do the 'EXIF Viewer', 'IPTC Viewer' and other tabs do in
the Embedded Image Information Management section. If I tick the
boxes what actually happens/changes?

It would be really helpful if there was a single option somewhere that
says "write *all* metadata created by Digikam to the image".

I think Digikam can do just about everything I want but it's sometimes
difficult to get it to do it! :-)
