[Digikam-users] Legality of using Google API in digiKam?

I don't think there's any problem with google maps in digiKam.
Actually, digiKam itself doesn't use Google API. It just embeds a
browser (KHTML if I'm not wrong) to access this website :

So, I don't think it's against their terms of service.
