[Digikam-users] "Batch" menu is empty in 0.9.3

I have just moved from digikam 0.9.2 in Fedora 7 to digikam 0.9.3 in
Fedora 8.

I see there is now a "Batch" menu which presumably replaces the one
that used to be in the Tools menu.

However there is nothing in my Batch menu, how do I get it to work?
