Use last code of libkexiv2 from svn and Exiv2 0.18. Some bugs have been recently fixed...

http://www.flickr.com/photos/digikam/3249332381/sizes/o/
In my last photo session I've shot NEF+JPG in my nikon. I've been using
Digikam 0.10SVN to do mass-edition of geo-location info and captions in
groups of photos. These groups have both the jpg and the NEF version of each
photo.

I can see the captions and GPS info are stored inside the JPGs as part of
the EXIF data (which is great). However in the NEFs I don't see the info in
the photo metadata (EXIF or IPTC or XMP)

Per this bug: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134486, it seems that
digikam SVN should be saving this info inside the NEFs, but it seems it is
not.

I've just noticed that in Configure > Digikam > Metadata there is an option
that says "Write Metadata to RAWs" but it cannot be enabled for some reason.

My question is: did the GPS & Caption info in my NEFs got lost? (if so, a
warning message to the user would be nice)
