from my perspective as translator i don't like that betweeen digikam
0.9.5 final release (2008-07-06) and digikam 0.10.0 final release
(2008-06-29) is only one week. I would prefer two weeks between those
days. From my experiences we will have a few string changes during the
string freeze and with two weeks between the releases i have enough
time to concentrate on 0.10.0 and have two weeks for translating and
proof-reading 0.9.5<br>

Especially, from packagers to check if final date are sync with major
