the crash happens following several lines saying:<BR>
kio (KSycoca) ERROR: no database available!<BR>
<BR>
problem happens either without a database (right after it finishes building it) or with existing db<BR>
immediately.<BR>

any clues?<BR>

<FONT COLOR="#000000">fixed! emerge sync and try again and it should work. To find it in bugzilla </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">search for #107318 or check the show "all" option instead of "open" in the </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">query.</FONT>

<FONT COLOR="#000000">kde_source_compile funktion - be prepared for more troubles with other progs </FONT>
