In the previous post you agreed to remove it...

But I guess removing View isn't good either, what if the user has "Open in
Image Editor" turned on? In this case, you need view in the context menu.

Hmmm this makes me wonder again if we shouldn't add the already defined actions
from the actionCollection into the context menues. I mean this is the purpose
of the actionCollection. It makes it much easier to disable the actions in
mainmenu and context menu when only one image is selected.
I started to work on this months ago, but stopped since you was not sure if
this can make problems (although it shouldn't...).
