If you have followed the discussion on "Simulate changes to images only", it 
seems we are planning to support action lists, which means we will need to 
apply a number of actions automatically to an image, which is just the 
infrastructure needed for this, perhaps even with GUI.
But do not expect this to happen before 0.9 has been released and settled 
down.
