Type A: thumbnails of these images are freely viewable
Type B: no thumbnails in digikam

If there is month where thumbnails of both types would be shown in main
view (area between panels) I see no thumbnails - also for Type A (the. Even
if I reduce view to one day where only exists Type A photos (without
Type B contamination) their thumbnails are not visible.

Ha. I was curious if this is some type of specific tag and started
created new albums and putting images in random order (changing names,
mixing with normal images) and some type of discovery.

It affects only small number of images but when digikam come across this
image it ignores all consecutive images. So, when happened that first
image in album was bad digikam didn't create all next thumbnails. This
apply not just to physical albums but rather to main view.

There is no action of this type:
kio (Scheduler): Scheduler: killing slave 23087
kio (Slave): killing slave pid=23087 (digikamthumbnail://)
kio (KIOJob): Job::kill this=0x8575a00 KIO::TransferJob m_progressId=0
quietly=true
kio (KIOJob): Job::kill this=0x85c9130 ThumbnailJob m_progressId=0
quietly=true

Attaching one of offending images.
