[Decibel] kdenetwork installation warning -- Could NOT find Decibel

Hi ,

In order to build kopete from svn, i downloaded the kdenetwork from svn. and
i m trying to buid it, but the problem i m getting is, it is not detecting
Decibel, and i already hv decibel installed.
Can anyone throw some light on this error.
