[Decibel] Building current SVN

I am trying to build the current SVN version of decibel, but when I
try to run the demo's, they fail with the error from dbus that service
name de.basyskom.Decibel.Daemon was not found in any .service file. I
have looked through the source code, and it seems decibel is not
installing that file. I have tried to create a service file for it
based on one of the other .service files that decibel ships but it
still results in the same error. I am wondering if this file is
missing from the decibel source or whether I should be getting it from
some other location?
