"make docs" in the top build dir should do the trick. The docs should end up

There aren't really any tutorial type of docs yet:-( Allen already asked me to 
come up with some documentation for techbase, so that is on my todo list.

I am currently busy with Telepathy-Qt though as the switch to Qt 4.4 broke the 
current one for me:-( So I'll concentrate on fixing this issue for now.
