[Decibel] Yet another patch

this time it puts proper type-checking for the values when stored/recovered
from the wallet. It supports at the moment: int, uint, QString and bool. (thats
all the ones I could see in use at the moment) but can easily be extended
for any other types that are needed. I have tested this and it compiles and
runs without bugs (for me at least).
