Friedrich told me he has announced this already, but I did not get that email, 
so I am doing this again, just in case I am not the only one who missed out 
on the earlier announcement:

Friedrich managed to get an extension to our communication and collaboration 
BoF session. The place and start time stay (Lecture Theater 4, 18:00), but we 
got the room for 2h. I am looking forward to talk with all of you!
