[Decibel] Updates from today: ConnectionManager

Hi there!

Today I managed to start at a ConnectionManager for Decibel. It was not
part of my presentation at aKademy, so I think a few words about it are
required:-)

The ConnectionManager ties together the AccountManager and the
ProtocolManager. It uses accounts from the first, grabs a Connection
Manager from the second and then connects to a protocol. So far it is
horribly incomplete and can only connect. Disconnect is not yet
implemented.

PS: The connectionManager tests in the testsuite connect a jabber account
using the gabble CM;-)
