[Decibel] Status update

Hello there!

Since I did not manage to commit much in the last couple of days a short
status update seems to be in order:

I am currently busy refactoring some of the code: ConnectionManager is no
longer accessible via D-Bus, connections will be initialised by setting
the presence on an account to something different from "Offline".

The AccountManager now enforces the existance of a "presence" Name Value
Pair (with a default value of "Offline").

The functionality that is in current SVN is already there again, I am now
working on fixing up the unit tests and having Houston react to signals
from telepathy. For some reason that does not want to work in my code
(even though it does work in small test apps).
