Unfortunately the Tapioca-Qt sources are wrappers around the funtionality
of the pre-telepathy Tapioca and does not work with the current API. The
Qt bindings further do not provide much funcionality anyway: Most are just
empty stubs.

I hope that explains why I think we need to create some bindings. I'd
definitely prefer not to, but do not see any way around doing so:-(

If somebody volunteers to start... please feel free to do so. We are not
in any way opposed to accepting contributions and will gladly accept
help from "outsiders".
