In fact they are. We (tapioca developers) have plans to provide GLib
and QT4 bindings for the telepathy spec, but unfortunatelly we had few
people to work on both projects, so we decided do priorize the GLIB
work first. The first release may happen on this week. After that we
can help with QT, but maybe you can tell how/where can we help.
