It's not an icon, what's even idicated by the method name. "icon" word is mentioned in the docs but it's not a general purpose icon, just a single-size small pixmap for using in a QStyle-d container. Think about it like about arrow pixmap of a scrollbar. Even koSmallIcon isn't suitable for this purpose.
