Queue Support

Hi Amarok fans,

I've commit preliminary work for a queue implementation in Amarok 2.
For any users who have been awaiting the return of this feature, it
would be appreciated if you could thoroughly test it and report bugs.

Please note: there are a few issues which shouldn't be reported,
namely bad painting issues until we can find an artist to improve this
situation for us.

Also remember, that we are still accepting donations. Give generously!
