it's not very logic since qt4 and qt3 cannot be built on the same
system at the same time without building
them from source with specific configure settings, since they overlap
themselves. qt4 instead has qt3support library that should avoid the
need of building a "custom" qt3 build. i haven't personally tested
itself, but i've read around that if you only
need some basic qt3 old compatibility this library is the only one needed.
