[PATCH] Solution for Bug 143513 (Playlist items stay greyed out even if songs are available)

Hi all,

I've written a small patch to solve the problem that items in the playlist 
stay greyed out until you play them. (for stable branch)
I added a menu-entry to the playlist-menu called "Check dead Entries". It just 
call PlaylistItem->setFilestatusEnabled(true) for every item in the playlist.

Feedback is highly appreciated, for this is my first patch to a KDE-Project 
and my C++-knowledge is a little bit ... well, my Java-skills are better ;-)
