The one I noticed first and most prominently was the tiny icon that goes in the system tray where the border, I think, really does look too wide. I'd be interested to see what it looked like with the border width kept the same and just the colours changed.

Ok, Dave and Ian, have you looked at the icon in small sizes (16x16, 
22x22) or otherwise? It really looks bad if it's viewed too big. (How 
much narrower should the stroke be, then?)
