Suggestion: Smart playlist improvement

I wanted to create smart playlist so I can locate the songs I don't like and
whipe them out from my disc. Using two parameters (Score < 20 AND Playcounts
> 1) can find most of them.
But I could be interesing to be able to use the skip count like in iTunes.
Just like in this example:
