Phonon everywhere finally

Just an FYI, Mac users shouldn't run out and try it just yet. At least
the GStreamer engine still doesn't work, they haven't been KDEified
(the macros to make them KDE plugins).

Really its odd that these not-yet-finished plugins were put into KDE
4.0's branch (which is still trunk).
