Patch to Amarok to change file permissions when writing tags

Hi,

Here is a patch for Amarok SVN to improve tag writing by handling write 
protected files, by temporarily changing the file mode. It also avoids one 
message per file when tags cannot be written.

I used "stat" and "chmod" since I could not find a Qt method to change
file permissions. I hope that it is portable.

If you think the patch is OK, I can commit it to SVN.
