[PATCH] Magnatune integration prototype v. 0.2

Hi!

It has been a while but here is the second prototype of my
Magnatune.com integration patch.This patch, like the last one, allows
you to listen to all preview tracks (full length 128kbs mp3) from
magnatune.com and add them to your playlists. It also allows
purchasing of albums directly from within Amarok (experimental)

The main difference between this and the last patch, is that this
version uses a propper database, making updating much quicker and
allowing for sorting of artists by genre. Also the code has been
greatly restructured and some problems fixed.

This is a binary patch (contains an image file) so apply with the --force flag.
