Mark,

 I'm an inkscape tinkerer, and I saw your Call for Artists at planet
kde (and I'm still grinning). I do love amarok, and would love to try
and make logos for it. Since I'm not really a professional, and don't
have any past works to showoff, I had a go at it and have attached an
image. If you think it's not bad, I can work on this.

 If you wont count it against me, well, I am a programmer myself :).
